Why a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Index?
For the first time, an index measuring diversity, inclusion and equity within Belgian companies is being created. Born from the initiative of a group of young leaders from Belgium’s 40 under 40, the index aims to be the ally of the bosses, who are more and more aware, but who are often deprived in front of a big challenge.
